 The boys from Area 22 have finally done it - winning the 2006 National Sporting Weekend!!
Our lads scored a terrific 243 points overall.
The tactic of entering every event paid off - scoring points in all 16 sports and winning the Tennis and Darts outright.
Sutty did a great job as Area Sports organising the teams. Everyone who attended, some for the first time, had a great weekend.
Now we have to defend our title in Edinburgh in 2007 - let's all get booked in now!
