The Area 22 AGM on the 22nd April 2005 saw David McGuinness of Newcastle and Mainwaring Round Table take office as the 55th Area Chairman. Outgoing Chairman Peter Bone will be remembered for creating the honorary post of Area 22 President. Dave appointed the 1st Area 22 President John Whalley. John kindly presented Area 22 with a new Area Chairman’s Chair.
